General conditions of sale and reservation

Pre-contractual information

The client acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale prior to booking.

The customer has all the information online and can have the services explained to him by our sales team by telephone or electronically.

Evolution of the tariffs

The prices are dynamic and can change with the seasons. Casa Marina can in no way be held responsible for a difference in cost between two stays booked for the same period.

Booking conditions

The customer can make a reservation by telephone or electronically from the services offered on the site www.casamarina-cargese.com

Reservations for all Casa Marina services are effective upon receipt of full payment of the balance of the stay.

Please always contact Casa Marina before sending your reservation.

The reservation of a service of Casa Marina implies the adhesion and the whole acceptance and without reserve of the customer to the present general conditions of sale.

Reservation on the website

For online reservations, the client must accept the present general conditions of sale by clicking on the area indicated and validate his payment. The online purchase is the proof of the client's agreement: due date of the sums due for the reservation, signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out.

Change in the number of participants and partial cancellation on your part

The number stated on the quotation or contract signed by the client or the group's representative is the number used to calculate the total cost of the service.

Overnight stay : the number announced on the signed estimate will be charged.

Rental accommodation: the number of people announced on the signed quote will be invoiced.

In the case of an overpayment, the credit note will be valid for a next reservation. 

If the number of attendees is higher than the number announced, the number of attendees will be retained for the invoice.

Total cancellation on your part

In the event of a request for cancellation of a reservation, Casa Marina will make every effort to accommodate the request. The following costs may be retained if the client has not yet paid:

Between the date of booking and 45 days before the start date of the booking: 10 % of the total amount of the booking.

Between the 44th and the 31st day before the start date of the reservation: the deposit will not be refunded.

Between the 30th day and the start date of the reservation: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.

In case of No Show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
No compensation will be paid in case of cancellation by Casa Marina.

Total cancellation on our part

If we have to cancel for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative date. If this date is not suitable, we will issue a full refund. No compensation will be paid 

Housing furniture

The lessee of the furniture made available by Casa Marina shall take care of the custody and preservation of the goods loaned. Casa Marina will claim the necessary expenses in the event of damage, loss or theft of the material made available, plus the reimbursement of any additional costs that Casa Marina may have to bear. These costs can be deducted from the deposit.

The schedules

Availability ofaccommodation: accommodation is available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Loss, theft, damage

Casa Marina declines all responsibility for theft and damage to personal belongings in the accommodation and in the common areas. 

Animals

Pets are accepted. The client must indicate the presence of a pet when booking.
The master has the total responsibility of his animal. Casa Marina declines all responsibility.
Dangerous or aggressive animals (dogs of 1st and 2nd category forbidden) as well as "new pets" are not accepted.

Claim

Any complaints relating to the stay must be reported during the stay to the staff present. No complaint can be treated if it has not been mentioned during the stay to the staff.
